Is the front windshield included?
Full vehicle packages include the front two door windows, rear side windows, and rear windshield. The front windshield and sunroof are not included. The windshield is optional: $149 with Carbon or $199 with Pro Nano Ceramic. A sun strip is $59.
Should I choose carbon or ceramic?
Pro Nano Ceramic is the better choice for reducing heat and helping keep the inside of your vehicle cooler in the 29 Palms heat.
Does darker tint mean better heat rejection?
Carbon does not provide heat rejection. Pro Nano Ceramic provides heat rejection at every available shade, so choose your shade based on the privacy and appearance you want. You do not need darker film for heat control.
Can you remove my old tint?
Mention existing tint when you request an appointment. Removal is quoted separately based on its condition and the windows involved.
Is my preferred date guaranteed?
Your request is the first step. Chris will confirm the final price, availability, and appointment details directly with you. No payment is collected through this form.
How do I take care of my new tint?
Follow the care instructions provided at pickup. Keep your windows up for at least three days after installation and clean them with an ammonia free glass cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth.
Does my tint come with a warranty?
Yes. Your tint installation includes a lifetime warranty covering film defects and installation related issues such as peeling, bubbling, or adhesive failure. Customer caused damage, scratches, misuse, and damage from cleaning or removing items are not covered. If you believe there is a covered problem, contact Chris and he will inspect it and take care of it.
Can you tint over my old film?
Yes, but tint installed over existing film is not covered by the lifetime warranty because the quality, age, adhesive, and installation of the old material cannot be verified. For the cleanest result and full warranty coverage, the old film should be removed first.
